pklu Terms & Conditions

pklu is an online gaming platform that offers a variety of entertainment gaming services for users in Bangladesh, including slots, live casino, cricket betting, Vivo Live, and cockfighting. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between pklu and its users ("you" or "member").

• Single account: Each individual may operate only one account. pklu reserves the right to cancel all accounts if the same person holds more than one.
• No restrictions: You must not be subject to self-exclusion or any other restriction that prohibits you from participating.

To open an account at pklu, you must provide accurate and complete information. pklu reserves the full right to cancel any account if false or misleading information is found in the details provided at registration.

3.1 Account Security

• It is your responsibility to keep your username and password completely confidential.
• Any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account must be reported to pklu support immediately.
• You must not allow any third party to access your account.
• Change your password regularly and use a secure combination.

3.2 Verification

pklu may request necessary documents, including a national ID card or passport, to verify your identity. Identity verification may be mandatory before withdrawals. Failure to cooperate with verification may result in your account being temporarily suspended or permanently closed.

pklu offers various types of bonuses and promotions. The terms and conditions of the currently applicable welcome bonus are described in detail below:

4.1 Welcome Bonus

• 200% welcome bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.
• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500.
• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳2,000 → Total balance ৳3,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳16,000 → Bonus ৳15,000 (maximum limit) → Total balance ৳31,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

• Wagering requirement on the bonus: 10x (calculated on the bonus amount only, not on deposit + bonus).
• Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 10 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.
• Bonus winnings cannot be withdrawn before wagering is complete.
• Each member may receive the bonus only once; only one person per household is eligible for this benefit.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are only usable on games designated by pklu.
• Bonuses cannot be converted to cash until wagering requirements are met.
• pklu reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion at any time.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, pklu will investigate and take the necessary action.

5.1 Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 (per method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.
• Deposits may only be made from a payment account registered in your name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and such transactions will be returned.

5.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal time: processing is generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same method and the same account used for the deposit.
• Withdrawal requests may be delayed if verification is not complete.
• Funds earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn if the bonus wagering requirements have not been met.

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering

pklu places the highest importance on preventing money laundering. pklu reserves the right to notify the relevant authorities in the case of suspicious transactions. Accounts showing unusual transaction patterns may be temporarily suspended for investigation.

All betting and gaming activities on pklu will be governed by the rules outlined below:

• Once a bet is placed, it generally cannot be cancelled unless a technical error is proven.
• In cricket and sports betting, if a match is abandoned or postponed, pklu will settle bets according to its established policy.
• The data from the game provider's server is considered the final result; no screenshot or display error is subject to challenge.
• If a technical error affects the outcome of a bet, pklu will investigate and make the appropriate decision.
• Please note: pklu does not provide any live fixture list or odds for sports betting; bets are settled based on the result.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pklu. Violation of these rules may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of all funds:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Bonus abuse, bonus hunting, or coordinated fraudulent activity.
• Gaming through software, robots, automation, or artificial intelligence.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other members' accounts.
• Attempting to artificially influence the outcome of any game.
• Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds.
• Cyber attacks or hacking attempts on pklu's systems or network.
• Threatening, harassing, or using abusive language toward pklu staff.
• Gaming on behalf of a third party or using a third party's funds.

pklu's VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. The benefits and cashback rates for each tier are listed below:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

Tier upgrades are based on your gaming activity and engagement on the platform. pklu reserves the right to modify the terms of VIP benefits. Wagering requirements may apply to cashback payments.

pklu uses SSL encryption technology to keep your personal and financial information secure. We believe in fair play and all game outcomes are controlled entirely by an impartial Random Number Generator (RNG).

12.2 Account Cancellation

• On your part: You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Please complete any balance withdrawals before closing.
• On pklu's part: In the event of a breach of terms, evidence of fraud, or illegal activity, pklu reserves the right to cancel any account without prior notice.
